The cabin features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and features a fireplace and deck. The second bedroom has a double bed. The loft offers ample space for the kids to throw out there sleeping bags. The TV room has a full size sleeper and features a wet bar and microwave.

The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, pantry and breakfast bar. The spacious, airy 12’ x 31’ porch is the living and dining space.

The porch opens to a deck and faces south overlooking the lake and your large beach area with fireplace. Sandy bottom swimming is just steps from you door.

The cozy corner cabin is available from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am or by special arrangement from May 9, 2009 thru October 17, 2009.

• Peak Season (June 13 - Sept 12)
$1,600.00 /week and $245.00 / night.
Plus 8% NH Rooms and Meals Tax

• Regular Season(May 9 - June 13 & Sept 12 - Oct 17) $1,200.00 / week and $195.00 / day.

Special Rates:
Daily Rates on request. Specials: Reserve any peak week (6/13 - 9/12) & Pay in full by March 15, 2009 and take 5% off. Reserve any regular season week (5/9 - 6/13 or 9/12 - 10/17) & pay in full by March 15th 2009 and take 10%. Reserve two or more weeks, pay in full by March 15th 2009 & receive an additional 10% discount on second week.

Reservation, Deposit And Refund Policy

• $500.00 deposit required with reservation.

• Reservations must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.

• Reservations may be canceled and deposits refunded less a $20.00 reservation fee until March 15th 2009.

• There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations after March 15th 2009.
